Landon Ruszkowski
CEO
Landon Ruszkowski is a dedicated and diverse energy professional with extensive international experience across the oil and gas sector, global power systems, and emerging energy technologies. His career has been defined by a commitment to optimizing complex energy environments and uncovering value in areas traditionally viewed as uneconomical or undervalued.
With a background that spans field operations, engineering-focused leadership, and large-scale project execution, Landon brings a global perspective to modern energy challenges. His international work has strengthened his ability to navigate diverse regulatory, technical, and cultural landscapes allowing him to deliver high-performance solutions in some of the world’s most demanding environments.
Building on this foundation, Landon has successfully transitioned into the data center industry, where he applies his energy optimization expertise to the next generation of digital infrastructure. His cross-sector insight enables him to bridge traditional energy systems with the rapidly evolving demands of high-density computing, creating solutions that are efficient, resilient, and strategically future-proof.

CFO
Walter brings over two decades of experience investing across the capital structure, from distressed and early-stage ventures to Fortune 500 companies. He began his career at Fidelity as an actuarial mathematician before joining BlackRock, where he managed multi-billion-dollar bond portfolios focused on the power, utility, energy, and technology sectors. He later joined Millennium Partners as a senior portfolio manager, leading macroeconomic strategies across multiple asset classes. In 2015, he founded WMM Capital Advisors to advise companies on capital structure, financing strategies, and business growth. Walter has worked with management teams to raise capital, optimize finances and unlock enterprise value. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
