Asset Acquisition & Ownership
We identify and acquire producing and underdeveloped oil and gas assets with optimization potential. Our acquisition strategy focuses on properties where operational restructuring, electrification, gas capture, or infrastructure integration can materially improve cash flow and reserve recovery. BlueFlare structures transactions through direct ownership, partnerships, or staged earn-in arrangements, aligning capital efficiency with long-term field development.

We partner with producers, landowners, and capital groups to co-develop oil and gas properties. Our joint venture model provides technical execution, infrastructure integration, and operational oversight while aligning incentives through structured equity participation.
